This 2 story residential addition is on SE 46th Ave., a few blocks south of Hawthorne Blvd. We’re in the middle of framing it and hoping to get a roof on soon. When it’s complete, we’ll have added a new family room, 2 additional bedrooms and 1 additional bathroom.
